My Goals Before the End of Summer…weight Loss,hair Growth Etc.?

Question: ok well im 15 as right now im not happy with my life….im not happy cause i know i can be doing alot better than what i am doing so here are my goals please give me advice on as many as possible
1. i want to lose weight right now im in a size 9 pants and my goal is to be in size 5 so no i dont want to be a little stick figure i just want to feel better about my weight

2.my hair im african american and my hair is to my should but i want to grow it to my armpit

3.skin …..i have acne its not extremely bad but at times it does get out of control

4.and the fourth and finally one i want to be on varsity for cheerleading next year……so what are some drill and things i can do at home and what not to prepare me for it

please help me any and all comments will be appreciated

Answer: Exercise lots, eat no more than 1200 calories daily,
wash your hair lots and cut split ends, you may want to buy hair growth things at CVS or something
buy proactiv
take a gymnastics class/ ballet class so cheerleading will be a piece of cake and you’ll get on the team

I Need Some Effective Weight Loss Methods?

What a great weight loss question:

Question: So im 20years old & 5′6ish and splurged all winter long as far as food goes, boosting my weight up to 129lbs :( i want to get back to my norm for summer! Which would be 115lbs to 120lbs. I started the speical k diet a few weeks ago & started going back to the gym aswell. I’ve lost 4 pounds but im stuck at 125Lbs now. So special k is getting pricey & im not seeing any more results. Any one know some more simple cheap weight lose methods that worked well for them? i still got at least 5lbs to shed.
Answer: I’ve compiled 5 Proven easy weight loss diet tips to help you

1.) Avoid skipping meals. Skipping meals slows down your metabolism in an attempt to conserve calories during what your body perceives as a crisis situation where it has limited fuel. Eating increases your metabolism so be sure to eat small meals constantly through out the day.

2.) Eat 4 to 5 small meals instead of three huge meals. In order to curb overeating, eat slowly and chew each bite completely.

3.) Eat as many fruits and vegetables as you can. Avoid removing the skins of fruits and vegetables as most of the nutrients are concentrated just under the skin of the fruits and vegetables.

4.)Exercise increases your metabolism and burns off excess fat. You don’t have to belong to an expensive gym or even have an over-priced personal trainer, simply walk for 30 minutes a day-you’ll feel good and you’ll lose weight.

5.) Avoid eating three hours before bed time.

Question: Do you think it’s appropriate to take them? Also will they stop my stomach rumbling?
Answer: Weight loss pills are junk, in my honest opinion.

And don’t take ANYTHING without your doctors approval.
