A weight loss question that should definitely interest you all this week
another thing, about the exercising, what about a home workout dvd, i was thinking about trying Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred, you can look it up at walmart.com its only like 8 bucks or something. if i do this with my meal plan i explained earlier will that be good on exercising?
Be strong.
Here’s another thing, dispite what a lot of people think, you don’t have to starve to lose weight.
In fact, you need to eat more to lose weight!
Sounds funny? Well I’m dead serious.
You need to eat OFTEN, don’t eat a LOT.
Make sure you eat a little thing every 3 hours.
If you eat something often your body gets used to this after a week or 2.
It changes your metabolism to fit your ‘new’ eating pattern.
Result: Your body will burn more calories without you even doing anything in addition.
If you eat very little like you’re probably doing right now then your body goes into ‘preservation’ mode.
If you dont get food a lot your body protects itself by holding on to every bit of energy (fat)
Anyways, knowledge is power, you can find out a lot of information on t he internet on burning fat efficiently.
And I think it’s great your not taking any chemicals or other crap to loose weight.
It’s very unhealthy.
Edit: There are no magic pills, powders, shakes or other things.
It’ll take you years to get where you want if you do not excercise.
You need to get up and move and I guarantee you that youll thank me in october
Let me know if you wanna get in touch for some more advice.
Good luck!

This week’s question is as follows:
or you sprint till you have to slow down, than you walk / jog, and than sprint again till you have to walk / jog. repeat this about 8 times. *roughly 10+minutes* during the morning. at about either 6am. or 10am.
P.S. i once lost 6kg *83kg to 77kg* by doing the jog / walk, for an hour. but since the flooding in my town i stopped, and i went back up to 83kg.
but will i lose weight faster than that, if i look out what i eat *wake up, have shower, sprint / jog till exhausted. jog / walk home. eat breakfast. go on about day, eat lunch and eat dinner*
A tough weight loss question this week. Let’s dive straight in
I had been tested for Pancreatitis and I didn’t have it, what else should I run by the doctor as of Monday? I feel really sick, but at the same time energetic when I’m not exhausted. Sometimes I just pass out for 13 hours & I feel relatively good except for extra migraines and extra sore joints. They’re very painful & he has no idea what to do about that either. Perhaps it’s all related? I’m used to having sore joints, but not THIS sore. I can hardly walk sometimes. I went from being a size 12 triple D breast size to a size 8 or so in just 2 weeks, and C. My skin isn’t sagging or anything so that I’m thankful for - but is weightloss that fast dangerous? My doctor welcomes me to throw out suggestions since I’m a former pre-med student but I dropped out because I really don’t want to be a doctor. At all. Still, he’s out of answers especially since I got my flu shot and the pancreas panel came up normal. What else do you think I should run by him on Monday? Because he really is clueless, I was even told to go to the emergency room but I have a phobia of doctors, if my stomach was swollen like before though I’d go since I almost died back then. Since the Pancreatitis I have lost over 10 inches, I don’t weigh myself because I’m very muscular too (I have an athletic build I suppose, very boxy & muscular arms/legs/neck), they seem unaffected and just as large as before. Also, I come from Jewish ancestry and there’s a lot of people in my family affected by illnesses but I don’t know which ones or if they match what I’m experiencing, it’s part of the ancestry.

Well here’s a question I just had to answering straight away:
What’s this week’s weight loss question? Let’s dive straight in…
However, there are not any common rules or set timescales where it can be said that everybody will lose 30 pounds over 3 months, or that you will lose 8 pounds in the next month, or that you will go from being able to run 3 miles in 45 minutes to jogging 3 miles in 30 minutes within two months.
Everybody has a different body, a different mind, and lives in different surroundings, as well as being at different points in their jogging for weight loss plan.
Therefore, there’s a selection of factors that can affect the speed of your jogging and weight loss progress which are given below.
1. Your beginning weight
2. Your fitness level and amount of jogging experience
3. Consistency of jogging
4. Your motivation
5. Social support

A weight loss question that should definitely interest you all this week
This week’s question is as follows:
I consider myself to be a rather physically fit person but I feel I could LOOK a lot better. I just don’t understand how I’m not losing weight in spite of my activity level. Does anyone have any suggestions that might help? Thanks in advance.
Well here’s a question I just had to answering straight away:
For the experts out there: Is my goal possible? Considering I am a full time college student and work 30-40 hours a week. I figure if I switch up my routine every week I will never get bored.
I really do need recipes though lol.. I don’t know anything about food.. I might end up eating salad every day for every meal (no sir lol).
i suggest running. all you really needed was runners and an mp3 player and the visualisation of fitting into this awsome dress uv always wanted to wear
also go vegetarian. LAY OFF SUGAR, its the devil for us gals who wanna loose weight. I know its hard as hell but its worth it later, if u really cant stop then just one little block ( no not the 100 gm block, the 10 gm square) and nibble at it forever.. your brain just needs signal that uv satisfied your craving!
dont block carbs 100% , if you ate lets say 1 cup rice (boiled) and 4 bread slices a day, i say eat 2 ( maybe 1 even) slice and 1/2 cup rice but stack on those vegges and TOFU ( tofu = protien = fulfillment= not feelin starved )
i love peanut or cashew sauce on my veggies ( soak the peanuts or cashews overnight and then blend with light coconut milk the next morning, make it as thin or thick as you want) and tofu tastes like heaven with a nutty flavour, tofu takes on any flavour that you give it, just like chicken so yeh.
i like broccoli salad, i boil broccoli, then chill it, then cut raw carrots thinly but long, and then i put some sesame seeds in it and top it with sesame seed sauce (made the same way as the one i just mentioned) , or you could get lemon, olive oil and pepper , shake it and make french dressing!
be creative, sometimes i dont mind apples in my vegge salad, it gives the dish a sweet touch.
good luck!
(vote me up if u think my advice was genuine, also check out the link to see why im a fan of tofu)

Second, you need to find healthy alternatives to meat if you are going to go vegetarian. Many new vegetarians overconsume grains and carbs to get their energy and protein. That’s a huge mistake. For protein you need to eat low carb legumes, seeds, nuts, etc.. stuff like that. Trail mix for example, is wonderful; great source of protein and antioxidants.
Third, meals should be whatever you like. Customize your meals to your likes and dislikes; just make sure you are not consuming to many calories and are getting all the nutrients you need. I personally like a nice bocca burger on a 100% whole wheat bun with a fruit smoothie on the side for a drink.
edit:
As for only 4 weeks, thats not sufficient. You should go vegetarian for at least 1 year if you are trying to improve your health and lose weight. When you go back to eating meat after that 1 year you should work it into your diet very slowly. You should not go back to eating it every day either or you will regain the weight. Meat has lots of calories, mostly from fat. I suggest you eat meat, when you start eating it again, only once a week (maximum).
BBG, very miss-leading.
1. Foods high in fat, unlike with meat eaters who over consume fat, are good for vegetarians as the diet by design is extremely low fat. You know, diet should be balanced anyways.
2. NOT all nuts and seeds are high in fat. Some examples: chestnuts, lotus seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds. I could go on and on. All other seeds and nuts too, the one’s I did not mention, actually have less saturated fat then fish you suggested he eat, except cod of course.
3. NOT all fish and poultry is low fat. Matter of fact, most is not. Cod is actually the only fish low in fat, but that’s getting extremely hard to find now and whne you do find it its expensive. Stocks have been so depleted from overfishing. Its actually very hard to find in the stores anymore.
4. You are not totally correct about cheese. Normal cheese is high in fat, but unlike with fish and poultry there are fat free versions. You can find them in most any store now a days. Nevertheless, I did not suggest he eat tons of cheese.
5. Poultry has never been low fat. Even the low fat versions still have tons of saturated fat and saturated fat, even if its in small amounts, is extremely unhealthy .. especially for the cardio vascular system.

Note: Vegetarians tend to not be ignorant about diet and nutrition like most meat eaters would could just care less. Vegetarians, for the most part, actually care about their bodies and the planet they live on.
