A dieting question that should definitely interest you all this week

Question: On a Diet & Going for a Chinese … What’s the Sensible Option for a Starter & Main Meal? I Have to Go!!!
Answer: First off, remember to check out my diet plan here: Tracys Weight Loss Now, on to your question…Yes, anything steamed with lots of vegetables and without sauce. Either all vegetables or veggies with chicken would be good. If they have brown rice, ask for it, otherwise go light on the white rice. (Skip the fried rice all together.)

For a starter, a clear broth soup or steamed vegetable dumplings.

  2. I think they have a steamed veggie plate. for the main meal.. starter sometimes they have these garlic green beans with almonds that are good (careful tho they are soaked in butter)

  5. Chinese people are normally thinner not because of what they eat so much as how they eat it. Mosty rice with the "entree" items on the side as a flavoring. Eat mostly rice, and just sample some of the fattening stuff.
