What Diet Should One Choose for Very Irritable Gut?

This week’s question is a good one. Let’s have a look:

Question: Have recovered from a stress related illness but am struggling with finding a diet that does not cause excessive gas. My problems included a bout of gastritis following which I stopped drinking alcohol , that was 18 months ago but I am still suffering from very irritable gut.

after seven days introduce one food type at a time see what happens wait seven days between each introduction

  1. TRY A BLAND ONE. Soups and broths are great as well as baked or boiled chicken. Avoid broccoli and food like that.
