Answer: u have to reduce the carbs.. reduce the calories
and increase cardio exercise… do some sort of eliptical, treadmill, bicyle, and if u do leg workouts do
squats

hamstring curls
calf raises
4 sets each… 10-12 reps..

Answer: your bmi is 25.5, it should be 18.5-24.5 so you need to be 120 max, so try some swimming laps, dancing with frequent jumps in it, push ups, crunches, also eat no bread or fruit, eat 3 protein snacks a day, and eat 3 small meals a day with 100g protein and unlimited salad or fruit, also, with sancks eat 50g protein, and this will help kick start your metabolism!

Question: I’ve been losing weight. I started out at 138.8 and now i’m down to 132.2. I really notice a difference in my butt and legs but nothing in my stomach- and that’’s where I want it gone the most. I know you can’t target weight loss in a certain area. But when should it start shedding off my stomach?
Answer: I know all to well how you feel, it seems like it takes forever but time is the key! i lost 30 pounds in a period of 6 months simply by staying in control of my calories that’s key to any weight loss and also exercise. I started out with 100 crunches, 25 sit ups and 20 leg lifts on each leg…this helped not only my legs but also my mid section. over time the amount of crunches and sit ups and leg lifts increased and before i knew it my tummy was flat at tight and i was 30 pounds lighter!
