A tough weight loss question this week. Let’s dive straight in
Question: im a 5′9 207lb 14 year old guy. im going to eat nothing for 2 weeks to start off. then ill eat 200-500 calories a day for a month or more. im going to take 2 multi vitamin and minerals a day to make sure i dont get any deficiency’s. im taking a fat burner and im going to start swimming allot. my goal is to lose about 40-50 lbs. any exersice or diet tips will be appreciated. please no ”thats not healthy” answers thats the last thing i need to hear
Answer: You can’t really ask a "will this work" question and then say you don’t want to hear "no that’s not healthy" answers. But aside from that, it may work…but you’re going to be on the verge of fainting (if not ACTUALLY fainting) as well as other health issues along the way. Did you know that if you don’t eat or eat much too little, you’re body actually RETAINS fat because if feels you starving your body so it holds on to as much fat as possible to try to keep things functioning. Or a lot of times people who starve themselves end up eating 2-3 times more later to make up for it, and don’t even realize they’re doing it because they are so hungry. Hook up with a dietitian and let them tell you how to properly go about doing this.
