Answer: You’re 51 kilos and want to be skinnier? It’s not going to be easy since you don’t have much weight to lose to begin with. The lighter you get the harder it is to lose weight, for obvious reasons. My suggestion would be to partake in cardio workouts 5 days a week for 30mins, it states in the physical guidelines that this is a great idea for fat loss and I stand by that, definitely a good way to work out for overall better quality of life.

Question: Okay, Im really desperate. I need to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. If I do i get paid! Then I want to lose 65 pounds by next year. I am a 13 year-old-girl, 5′9′ and is 225lbs. I know I am REALLY obese, but i am doing something about it. I am starting 8th grade in August, and want to be my ideal weight of 160 by High School (next august). I ordered Zumba, have cut out soda, and drink 8 glasses of water a day, what else can i do to accelerate weight loss?
Answer: 1, eat 1200-1500 calories a day ( do not exceed 1500 calories)
2, cut out fast food, processed food, packaged foods, and junk foods
3, eat 90 gram carbs a day only (you can eat less if you want)
4, eat protein at every meal
5, do not eat after 7pm
6, eat 4 hours after your last meal
7, exercise for one hour atleast adn 5 times a week (this will show faster results)
8, eat unlimited fruits and veggies
9, drop your sodium intake to 1500 grams
10, eat 4 meals a day (150-300 calories max)
11, stretch and exercise for 10 minutes before breakfast to burn fat)
12, continue you this for atleast 2 months to see amazing results
13, do not go back to old eating habits immmeditely, slowly enter your favorite foods (maybe twice a week) after you’ve reached your goal!
14, oh and keep drinking lots of water

During the feed days, you consume up to 150% of your maintenance caloric intake. You are allowed to eat the foods that you like on these days as long as the portions are controlled.
So you can still eat your favorite food and still maintain your ideal weight.
The second one is about burning fat with breathing exercise. It based on heat,fuel and oxygen for burning process.The oxygen we breathe in metabolizes with body fat to form adenosine triphosphate (ATP), our primary source of energy.
Basically, the more oxygen we take in, the more fat we burn.
