Question: I would like to lose 4 to 6lbs a week, Its so cold where I live and I work alot are there any good weight loss tips that can be helpful to me. I am 5`6 and 200lbs I would like to be 160lbs. Plus I am wanting to start following a meatless diet. ( personal reasons) Thank you for any help and tips you can give me.
Answer: I lost 50lbs in 4 months on the Atkins diet. (My own modified version) My meals looked something like this:
Breakfast:
Atkins shake
Egg whites
one low-carb piece of toast
Butter
Lunch:
Celery
Cucumbers
Sugar-free Jello
Cheese snack (String cheese or cut-up munster cheese yum!)
Dinner:
Skinless chicken breast(If you want to go meatless, you can find some good alternatives like Tofu!)
mashed-Cauliflower with butter
Fried green-beans in soy sauce
And EVERY day when I woke up, I did 100 crunches and some mild stretching.
