Weight Loss… Help! I Need Tips!?

What a great weight loss question:

Question: I’m 12 years old I weigh 126 pounds and I’m 5′2. I know I need to lose weight. It all goes to my tummy area ( more my lower stomach to be exact(just the best place for it huh?)) my arms and legs are pretty thin my upper thighes are a bit bigger though. When I tend to gain a pound my face gets chubbier like my cheeks get rounder. Well anyways….
I need some good weight loss tips, like some good exercises, then one to target the tummy area, and if you can a food guide. Like, what I should and should not eat, and if possible a little ( gosh I can’t think of a word) hmmm like something that tells me what I should eat like breakfast, lunch , dinner, mid day snacks. Some healthy foods not high in calorie food. Thank so much! I know this is asking so much but I am committed to doing this and want to be able to wear a bikini for the end of summer ( I hope at least by then) and not a top that covers my tummy! Thank you thank you thank you thank you!!!
Answer: your BMI is 23 = Normal Weight. Just exercise regularly unlike most disgusting Americans.

Good Daily Meal Plan for Healthy Weight Loss? As in Breakfast, Lunch, and Supper? Snacks?

A weight loss question that should definitely interest you all this week

Question: I am female 15 and am 118 pounds and 5 foot 5, if that’s matters. Also im in sports currently since school is almost out. I’m not fat just need to tone and start eating healthy and light, considering my annoying family lives on southern cooking- like chicken fried steak, burgers, fried stuff:( so it’s hard to eat right….
I just want to look good in my bikini:) it’s summer time!!!!!

Answer: -For breakfast, have something simple yet tasty like Cheerios! Their good for lowering cholesterol. And/ or some fruit like a banana, blueberries, or my FAVORITE, grapefruit with Splenda sprinkled on top! Having fruit in the morning will help speed up your metabolism and give you the energy you need for your day!

-For lunch, you don’t necessarily need to eat a simple salad everyday, but it’s good to have greens in your meal. Even a sandwich made of whole grain bread, lean meat, lettuce, tomato, and whatever healthy toppings you want is great. I always have fruit or veggies with my lunch too! Maybe just some carrots with ranch or grapes are good!

-For dinner, try to inspire the whole family to eat right! Instead of frying chicken, try skinless white chicken. (Yeah, it’s hard to top anything fried, I know…) or some lean fish like salmon! And also, the more veggies the better (:

-When it comes to snacks, it’s important to LIMIT yourself! I discovered that snacking was the reason I was having a hard time losing weight. When you want to snack on something, think to yourself "Am I REALLY hungry? Or am I bored, or just craving a certain flavor?" Cutting back on snacks makes a huge difference! If you really are hungry for something to keep you going, grab a handful of almonds or peanuts. Nuts are a good source of protein! Or, like I’ve said a million times, FRUITS AND VEGGIES! Allow yourself to eat as many fruits and vegetables as you want, but try not to eat as many other things. Granola bars are also good, or sugar free pudding.

You don’t have to totally eliminate all tasty foods like cheeseburgers, fried chicken, etc. from your diet, but you need to look at it more as a treat, rather then regular food you eat all of the time.

I know exactly how you feel! I’m working on the bikini bod myself! And it does take work!

How Much Weight Would I Loss if ..?

A weight loss question that should definitely interest you all this week

Question: - Never ate chocolate, chips, crisps, hot dogs, burgers.. (ect)
- Never drank fizzy drink
- Only eat when im hungry

For breakfast have- Weetabix and a banana with semi skinned milk or Cornflakes-
Lunch- Tuna and cucumber sandwhich
Dinner- Chicken
Snacks- Fruits

Only spend 2 hours a day on the internet and 1 watching the TV.. spend atleast 6 hours doing something (Football training, walking, running, exercising, basketball)

And in pe in school we’re doing fitness two times a week for 1hr each time?

Answer: i feel that you would be able to lose around 10-12 pounds in a month, however, it will be difficult because its hard to go from 0 to 100 in a day. i think you should take it gradually that way it is more sustainable, because alot of these things are easier said than done. good luck!!!!!!!!!!

Weight Loss Plan, Is This Okay?

Another weight loss question has come in this week. Let’s tackle it straight away:

Question: im 13 weigh 65 kilos (143 pounds), height around 150-160Cm’s. Practically small and chubby.
now i was thinking… since i have school monday to friday, ill get up at 6:30 and do a 15 minute cardio workout (running), then have shower, get dressed for school ect. come home at 3:00, then do another 15 minute workout.
Saturdays do 3-4 15 minute cardio workout and take sunday off.
meanwhile, drink 4 litres of water and cut fatty foods out of my diet and eat 6 healthy small meals/snacks a day.
If i did this plan, How long would it take me to lose 20-30 kilos?
So id weigh around 45 kilos (99-105 pounds)

Answer: it sounds like a plan! you should be able to lose the weight you want, as long as you keep your diet balanced and healthy. I cant say how long it will take, but your on the right track. and enjoy the workouts!! thats your time to feel powerful and accomplished. make sure you work up a good sweat to get the most benefit, and stretch afterwards. I would say, if you can, vary your workouts as well. dont just run, but also create circuits and do other activities. if you keep your body guessing you’ll keep changing. good luck!!

I Stopped Drinking Soda over a Week Ago, when Will I Show Weight Loss from All the Water Drinking?

Another weight loss question has come in this week. Let’s tackle it straight away:

Question: I drink about 3 16.9 oz waters a day
I eat 1200 calories a day, no meat, no bread and all veggies, chicken, salads and fruit…no snacks either..unless they’re 100 calorie
Answer: You actually need 64 ounces a day minimum. Water is really good to flush our toxins and water weight. Caffeine takes 6 weeks to completely leave the system.
