Question: Ok I Have a Very Underactive Thyroid Problem and Im Not Sure if There is Any Particular Diet I Should Be On.?

I'd also recommend staying away from or at least reducing fast burning sugars (cakes, candies, cookies, deserts, etc.) and high quantities of refined starches which have a similar effect on your body (French fries, white bread, etc.)
