I need to lose around 60 pounds to be a normal healthy weight..
I am a vegan (i dont eat meat, dairy, eggs..)
I need some meal ideas that are low in fat. I would like to lose this weight as quick as possible but not too fast. THANKS!
Answer: Very few vegans are overweight.
Perhaps you need to reduce your intake of sweets,desserts, cakes, cookies and biscuits as they are loaded with junk white sugar or table sugar that is fattening.
There are also a fair few calories in bread, cereals, pasta, rice and nuts so perhaps you need more fruit and vegetables as they are all low in calories.
Exercise such as swimming, cycling, runnining, dancing and even walking would also help as long as the walking is brisk walking or power walking.

It’s 140 calories per serving, 2.5 grams of saturated fat, 21g of Carbs, 3g sugar, 2g fiber, 3g protein.
Ingredients- Corn, wheat, rice flour, oat flour, cheee powder, soybean oil, butter, buttermilk, etc.
Answer: Chips are bad for you. Instead of eating chips try eating fruit or vegetables. Make yourself a nice yummy salad with lemon juice on the side and just a bit of pepper (no salt). It’s a lot healthier and if made right, it can be just as delicious.

Question: I normally have fat free milk which is about 90 calories a cup, 13g carbs and 0g fat. I recently tried un sweetened vanilla flavored almond milk, 40 calories a cup, 2g carbs, 3g fat. It tastes really good too! I was wondering if I can have a cup of it per day on my diet…is taking 3g of fat from this a bad idea? How many grams of fat per day are you supposed to eat on a weight loss diet?
Answer: Yes, the almond milk is much better for you. The carbohydrates are what gets converted by your liver into fat that gets stored on your stomach and hips. With this substitution of almond milk for fat free milk, you’re getting 11g fewer carbohydrates and the fats that you get will be much healthier for your body than the casein (milk protein) that you would have gotten from the milk. In addition you’re skipping all the hormones that are naturally and un-naturally added to the milk. Those hormones cause you to grow and store fat too.
A popular diet for weight loss is Zone diet. It has 30 % calories from proteins, 30 % calories from fats and 40 % calories from carbohydrates. Unfortunately, you didn’t give height/weight, so I can’t estimate the number of grams, but here’s an example:
5′ 8" girl is 170 lbs and wants to lose weight. Her starting BMI is 25.9.
If she went down to BMI 22.0 she’d be about 145 lbs. With a bit of light exercise she’d need 2000 calories to maintain her weight at 145, and might need to cut to about 1750 or 1700 calories to lose weight safely at 1 to 2 lbs per week. BMI isn’t always right, but it’s pretty good for average people who are not professional athletes or body builders. Each gram of fat is worth 9 calories, so when losing weight on 1750 calories x 30 % fats / 9 calories/g = 58 g of fat in diet per day. No more than 10 g should be saturated fats according the the US govt suggested diet.

Answer: 1) Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day - this helps flush your body of impurities and fat. You can also substitute a few glasses of water for green or herbal tea.

Answer: I swear by dancing.Even just turning on ur ipod or the radio in your room and jamming out for an hour will work. I swear by dancing. As for food, no food after 7. Always eat breakfast, and watch portion sizes. Hope i helped
