This week’s question is a good one. Let’s have a look:
Question: Example: Mega-T at Walmart?
Answer: anything that is over the counter a minor can purchase. If you need to take a card up to the counter you may have to be at least 18. Weight loss pills can be dangerous and shouldn’t be used, especially by someone still developing. Plus, it will mess up your metabolism and when you stop taking them, your metabolism will be slower and you will have a hard time losing weight without the pills.
What’s this week’s weight loss question? Let’s dive straight in…
Question: So basically, I’m 16, 5′4 and 135 pounds. Last year, I lost 30 pounds from 800 calorie diet and 4 hours of exercise a day. I ended up 115 pounds and was happy with my self for once. Then my parents flipped and started calling me anorexic and forced fed me and wouldn’t let me work our any more. I gained back the 20 pounds and hate myself for it now. I have no confidence any more and it’s really hurting my mental health.
I’m trying to loose it again through a 1200 calories diet and an hour per day, because that’s all my parents will allow without sending me to a hospital again. I’m in dance, which is 1.5 hours, twice a week that is added to my workout per week. None of it works and I am constantly gaining weight. I feel horrible because I’m the fattest girl in my class, with a 28 inch waist and a size 26 in jeans. The only resort I can think of is diet pills.
I need help finding out what the safest diet pills I could take are. The only health problem I have is b12 deficiency and I have a sensitive stomach. I know, none of them are safe and they are not recommended for teens, but it’s my only resort.
Help would be nice. Thank you.
Nox and Rachael :
I do eat proper and exercise more then most people in my school. 60-120 minutes a day, every day. A lot of my body weight in muscle, but I want to loose every bit of fat. Plus, every dietitian that I went to said that the human body only needs 800 calories per day to work properly.
Also, I am not bulimic, I got over that. I do not make myself throw up anymore after eating.
Answer: I agree with Nox, also NO diet pulls work. Please do it the proper way, a healthy diet and excersize. Summer just around the corner, perfect time to change !
Another weight loss question has come in this week. Let’s tackle it straight away:
Question: Does the Japan Sousinon Weight Loss Pills Work?
Answer: I’m afraid they really don’t work. If you want something that actually does work try Phen 375. My wife was able to drop a LOT of weight and is much happier. She said the best deal on them is at http://lawtonweightloss.com
Good luck and stick with it!

What’s this week’s question? Let’s dive straight in…
Question: i’m really tired with weight loss.sooo tired :(( i’m always on diet.i swim,go to sauna and do aerobic.i even used weight loss pills but nothing happened.i dunno why i dont lose any weight.
can somebody give me suggestions pls?dunno what to do!
Answer: When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
Keep the weight loss questions coming! I liked this one:
Question: I can’t find any 100% guaranteed weight loss pills,
I have health insurance, what can i do about it?
Answer: there is no such thing as a weight loss pill. many of us wish there was.
there are pills that block hunger which vary in effectiveness, and pills that increase your metabolism (basically speed).
What’s this week’s question? Let’s dive straight in…
Question: It’s a herbal formula called MetaSlim Weight Reduction Formula http://www.zooscape.com/cgi-bin/maitred/GreenCanyon/questp407476
I plan to use this to boost my weight loss that I’ve begun through eating a balanced diet and moderate exercise. Is it going to affect my pill?
Answer: I think the only way it would affect the pill is if it gives you the runs.
most diet pills give you diarrhea and that wouldn’t be good for the pill because then it would go straight through your body and out the other end before it has a chance to absorb into your body and do what it needs to do. so find out if that’s one of the side effects.
if you’re concerned for other reasons, ask your doctor.
A tough weight loss question this week. Let’s dive straight in
Question: Do you think it’s appropriate to take them? Also will they stop my stomach rumbling?
Answer: Weight loss pills are junk, in my honest opinion.
And don’t take ANYTHING without your doctors approval.
