Could Someone Give Me a Weight Loss Plan for Just a Day That I Can Keep Repeating?

Keep the weight loss questions coming! I liked this one:

Question: I’m female. Twenty-one years old. 5′3". 160 lbs. I want to lose 30 of those pounds. Ok folks..I want to lose weight and love variety. However; I tend to cheat with variety. I’m a routine kind of person. Could someone give me a basic eating and exercise plan that I could live with basically every single day? Sure I’ll tweak it if something becomes way too repetitive or boring. I’ve always been overweight and am someone that needs direction and basically..someone telling me how. Then I’ll take it from there. Thanks!
Answer: Run 1 mile (walk as needed but resume running)
try to build up to do 30 push ups
build up to 50 sit ups
100 squats
20 leg levers
5-10 burpees
2 pull ups
100 jumping jacks
8 count bodybuilders(20)
30 4 count Chase the rabbit(mountain climbers)
50 4 count flutter kicks
10 Dive bomber push ups
Good morning darlings
***Note these work outs are bodyweight based workouts no need for weights and such but they can be added for more of a challenge later on***

What’s this week’s weight loss question? Let’s dive straight in…

Question: I would like lose at least 10 pounds.

Excercise 5 times a week(1-2 hours a day) for a month and a half. Cut back on the snacking and junk food and only eat breakfeast, a small lunch if hungry, and then dinner.

Answer: Sounds really good, just make sure you stretch after you train! Or else you wont be able to exercise the day after. Also make sure you do the right exercises and that you do them right!
Good luck!

Weight Loss Plan, Help Me out !?

A weight loss question that should definitely interest you all this week

Question: I need some help making a diet and exercise plan ! I want a plan that will keep me active, and one that I can do with a friend so I actually want to do it. And I need help creating a healthy diet plan, with under 1800 calories, as advised by my doctor. I’m 16 years old, I’m 5′5 and I weigh 183 pounds right now. My goal weight is 150 pounds. Can anyone help me ? (: Please and thank you. I need an answer fast so I can start soon. (:
And I want only serious answers please ! I don’t have time to go to a gym or anything due to my work schedule, that’s why I’m asking on here.
For everyone suggesting a gym, I stated earlier that I don’t have time for one, and I simply can’t afford to go to a nutritionist or anything like that. I’m only 16, my job doesn’t give me much extra money and my insurance isn’t all that great.
Answer: FOOD- (drink TONS of water) you can have one day per week where you can eat whatever you want
(also, don’t buy junk food so you can’t eat it!)

breakfast - fruit, yogurt, milk, two scoops protein powder in blender (protein smoothie) or oatmeal with fruit in it

snack btwn bfast and lunch - fruit (apple, pear, grapes, whatev.) with a nonfat cream cheese dip or peanut butter is even better

lunch - sandwich on whole wheat/grain bread w/ no condiments with a side of soy/baked/wheat chips or even a salad w/ no dressing (you dont have to have the same thing every day - look online for other healthy lunch choices)

snack btwn lunch and din. - almonds, low-sugar yogurt w/ granola, trail mix (not a lot of marshmallows or choc. chips - mostly nuts and raisins and dried fruits), etc. (again, look online)

dinner - whole wheat pasta with sauce and veggies, lean meats like chicken (grilled is always better), grilled shrimp or other fish (tip - always have a salad BEFORE dinner so you fill up on veggies and less carbs and stuff)

dessert - fruit (healthy and sweet) or a little bit of DARK chocolate (darker = healthier)

EXERCISE- (tip - drinking cool water while you exercise helps reduce soreness and builds muscle)
- rent dance videos (like zumba) from the library to do with a friend
- rent Pilates and/or yoga videos
- every time you get the mail, walk around the block once
- find bike trails close to home to check out
- sign up for a 5K to run with a friend
- become a dog walker - lots of running and walking (you also get some extra $)
- do some sit-ups/push-ups/planks whenever there are commercials in a TV show (switch up the routine so its not boring)

healthy tips -
- when you go to a party, eat before you go so you dont fill up on junk and ruin all your hard work
- if you want a soda taste but not soda, mix seltzer with a splash of 100% fruit juice
- switch to nonfat/skim milk and whole grain/wheat bread
- watch your fat intake
- get at least 8 hrs of sleep per night and stick to a schedule - it will make you feel more awake (go to bed at 10 every night and wake up at 7 instead of going to bed at 1am and waking up at 10)

hope i helped and best of luck!! have a great summer and get fit! :]

A Good Weight-loss Plan for a Teenager?

I just love answering these weight loss questions. Here’s another:

Question: hi, im 14, 5′ 11", and 185 lbs. im really looking for a good weight loss plan for this summer, and then keeping the weight off over the school year, or continuing to lose weight during the school year.

My self-esteem isnt the greatest…im always worrying about taking my shirt off at the pool, talking to girls, all those things, and not to mention the ridicule i get every once in awhile at school.

my mom is over weight as well and wants to lose weight, but she works a lot, so im looking for a plan we could use together if its possible, but the main focus is a plan to lose the weight and keep it off, also, could someone tell me what a healthy weight would be for my size? thanks

Answer: About 160 would be a healthy weight.
Eat pleanty of fruits and veggies in your meals, and be sure not to eat to much at meals. Lay off sweets except for about one small treat a week.
And exercise daily whether its walking a mile, or riding you bike.
Doing things like this will help you to loose weight and keep it off

Quick Weight Loss Plan Work?

What’s this week’s weight loss question? Let’s dive straight in…

Question: Im in on a boxing team & I need to get to a lower weight class by June. I have until June 10th and I’d like to lose 18 pounds ! It’s just for my team so don’t tell me I’m going to gain it all back and whatever.
So I’m eating 900 calories a day and burning 1200 calories a day. How long will it take me to lose 18 pounds?
Okay if you knew anything about boxing and the weight classes, all that matters is that i lose this weight. How tired I am does not effect my training if I eat a ton of healthy foods. Im very used to this. I’v just never tried to lose this much weight. ALL I NEED TO DO IS LOSE 18 POUNDS. everything else is irrelevant
Answer: Great luck to you!
How to lose weight fast

1. Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.

2. Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.

If You Weigh 195 Lbs, Around 5'6" and Are a Female, What's the Best Weight Loss Plan for You?

We’ve had a reader question come in on the subject of weight loss. Let’s take a look:

Question: I used to exercise 11-12 miles a week. I lost 10 lbs in a two-week period. Now I that I haven gained 60+ pounds over a two year’s time, what could I do to lose that weight now? I know they say the longer it’s on your body, the harder it is to get it off of your body, so what’s my best plan? Does it matter about my body mass? I don’t even know what mine is. Is it a good idea to talk to someone about this?
Answer: The BMI is a bs scale, it doesnt account of muscle or bone.

Ok so you need to change your lifestyle when it comes to eating and activity level. The best is either 5-6 200-300 Calorie meals or 3 300 calorie meals and 2 100-200 calorie snacks. No it doesnt have to be exact. you dont have to cute everything out forever. If you like bacon, eat bacon. Just 1-2 peices 1-2X a week. you like cookies 1 a night wont hurt.

Drink tons of water and you need to get at least 30 minutes of cardio 3-5X a week.

Weight Loss Plan for a Teenager?

What’s this week’s weight loss question? Let’s dive straight in…

Question: I am 15 and i am only 4′11". I would like to lose like 20 pounds. I weigh around 117 right now. I need a good weigh loss plan. Like what type of foods to eat and what and how much exercising to do.. I am home-schooled so i can take breaks throughout the day and stuff. But i am a musician so i spend alot of time practicing my piano. I would also like to lose most of my weight off my stomach and thighs. So can anyone help me PLEASE! thank you so much for your time!
Answer: 20 pounds- is a bit much. 15 pounds is more realistic and healthier for your height, body type, gender and age. But sure I’ll give you tips to loosing 15 pounds.
- stick to only drinking water through out the day (no soda or fruit drinks)
stick to snacking on fruits or small portions of protein through out the day (ex: apples, grapes, peaches, nuts, cheese sticks)
- stick to eating only serving size at each meal (ex: have a bowl of cereal- but only have a cup of it- no more than just stop). make sure you get protein and whole grain at every single meal.
ex: breakfast: u may measure a cup of cheerios w/ skim milk and hard boiled egg
and then at lunch you may have whole grain bread w/ lean turkey deli and then at dinner you may have some sweet potatoes and grilled chicken-that would all be healthy.
- also try to stay away from red meat- sticking to chicken, fish, turkey, cheese, soy, peanut butter, nuts, hummus, and beans for your protein
- eat around 1300 calories would be ideal and exercising about 30 minutes 5x a week would also be ideal.
just become more mindful of what your eating. a sample 3 day plan would look around something like this
Breakfast:
cup of multi grain cheerios w/ cup of skim milk, banana and 2 tbsp peanut butter

Lunch:
whole wheat pita, tuna, low fat mayo, lettuce and tomato and baby carrot sticks w/ hummus dip

Dinner:
cup of cheese tortelini pasta w/ tomato sauce, cooked broccoli

Snacks:
1) apple
2) cheese stick
3) orange

Breakfast:
cup of cooked oatmeal w/ raisins, hard boiled egg

Lunch:
2 slices of multi grain bread w/ smoked turkey deli and celery sticks w/ tbsp peanut butter

Dinner:
medium slice of baked fish, some brown rice, cooked carrots

Snacks:
1) fat free yogurt
2) handful of dried apricots
3) banana

Breakfast:
plain yogurt, berries and two granola bars

Lunch:
whole wheat pita w/ egg white salad, lettuce, tomato, cherry tomatoes w/ hummus dip

Dinner:
two slices of pizza (take off the cheese) and add turkey chunks on top (lower in fat), salad, light dressing

Snacks:
1) handful of peanut nuts
2) grapes
3) banana and cheese stick

Weight Loss Plan, Is This Okay?

Another weight loss question has come in this week. Let’s tackle it straight away:

Question: im 13 weigh 65 kilos (143 pounds), height around 150-160Cm’s. Practically small and chubby.
now i was thinking… since i have school monday to friday, ill get up at 6:30 and do a 15 minute cardio workout (running), then have shower, get dressed for school ect. come home at 3:00, then do another 15 minute workout.
Saturdays do 3-4 15 minute cardio workout and take sunday off.
meanwhile, drink 4 litres of water and cut fatty foods out of my diet and eat 6 healthy small meals/snacks a day.
If i did this plan, How long would it take me to lose 20-30 kilos?
So id weigh around 45 kilos (99-105 pounds)
thankyou (:
Answer: it sounds like a plan! you should be able to lose the weight you want, as long as you keep your diet balanced and healthy. I cant say how long it will take, but your on the right track. and enjoy the workouts!! thats your time to feel powerful and accomplished. make sure you work up a good sweat to get the most benefit, and stretch afterwards. I would say, if you can, vary your workouts as well. dont just run, but also create circuits and do other activities. if you keep your body guessing you’ll keep changing. good luck!!
