Ways to Lose Thigh Weight? Weight Loss?

This week’s question is as follows:

Question: i have very big and muscular thighs , butt and lower legs from sports. Personally my thighs and are a bit too BIG. Is there anyway like diet or excersing or evn foods that could make them smaller/skinnier?

Answer: u have to reduce the carbs.. reduce the calories

and increase cardio exercise… do some sort of eliptical, treadmill, bicyle, and if u do leg workouts do

squats
legpressed
hamstring curls
calf raises

4 sets each… 10-12 reps..

What a great weight loss question:

Question: if i wear black while running in the sun, do i lose more weight?
Answer: Technically, no. The so called "weight" that you’d be losing is no more than water weight (which you would be sweating out).

Question: I am 16 years old and weigh around 185 pounds i have alot of body fat and a decent amount of muscle my question is… how many calories should i be eating per day if i want to lose weight?
Answer: eat 1200 but of HEALTHY food. and with half an hour or excercise like running,
