Question: I have always been the over weight friend and i hate it. I am going to Egypt this year, and i am determind that i’m not going to be the whale in the bikini. What weight loss/ diet/ work outs would you recodmend? I am 16, i’m 13 stone and i’m 5”3.

Answer: I swear by dancing.Even just turning on ur ipod or the radio in your room and jamming out for an hour will work. I swear by dancing. As for food, no food after 7. Always eat breakfast, and watch portion sizes. Hope i helped
