Another weight loss question has come in this week. Let’s tackle it straight away:
Question: Hey, im 14 and a guy, about 5′7"1/2 and about 143 lbs. I go to school 5 times a week until 3 and was wondering about any suggestions of ways that I could lose like 10 lbs…..

Answer: stop eating as much one time i ate jello for a week because i had the flu and lost 10 pounds and i am 14
Eat less.

your still young but if you want to, just start running jogging, cut some of the bad foods you eat and who loose that 10lbs. A girlfriend of mine works out.

Exercise and eat healthy. Walk at least 1/2 hour every day.
