I do weight training on M-W-F, I go slow with my reps and it takes about 45 minutes total. My weight training also consists of stretching and floor exercises for my legs and abs. I walk on a treadmill on T-T, but if the weather permits I walk 7 days a week outside and I don't time it because it is a bonus.

It is best to give your muscles a chance to recover before doing the workout again. That is why I do my weights every other day. I lost 2 sizes in 9 weeks doing this workout so the key is being consistent.

Cardio (elliptical) is great for losing fat but it is the crunches and weights that will tone your muscles.

It also takes a good 6 months for all of the hormones in your body to stabilize after having a baby. your body will and should take 9-15 months to go back to normal depending upon your age and what you are doing to help it along after being pregnant.

Give yourself a break and break up your routine so it is livable for the long hall, a real life style change.

Congratulations and good luck!

I think that you are doing too much. Try to alternate the areas of your body that you work out. Focus on upper nody one day then lower body the next. Your muscles actually need a day in between to recover and then be able to be strengthened the next. SLow down the routine. Try not to focus on just results. You will get there and the best part is you are staying healthy and fir.

I would take at least 1 day off per week from exercising.
