Home Remedies for Weight Loss?

This week’s question is as follows:

Question: Hey everyone!
other than the apple cider vinegar one, and the sqeezed lemon in warm water one..
have you got any simple-to-prepare remedies that would aid my weight loss/ speed up my metabolism?

Answer: Coffee, Green tea, hot foods like peppers, salsa, tabasco

  1. Good old fashion exercise. Try power walking, each day you are out burning up the sidewalks, increase your distance. This exercise is fun, invigorating, easy on the body, and it works.

  2. Don’t add things to your diet, cut them out. It’s cheaper, less hassle and generally more effective.
