We’ve had a reader question come in on the subject of weight loss. Let’s take a look:
Question: Each time I run I injure myself, when i went to the doc finally he told me i had torn my meniscus. Its been a couple months since then but my leg is feeling alright now, no longer hurting when i bend or step wrong. I do not want to be injured again. How much should I run to avoid being injured, and should I run every other day instead of every day to avoid being injured again? Thanks
Answer: If you are predisposed to being injured, you should start doing fast walks/slow jogs instead. Running is quite hard on the body, especially if you’ve been hurt.
As long as you keep your heart rate within 85% for at least 30-45 mins, you’ll lose weight.
It doesnt matter as long as you stretch before and after you run
