    20 min jumping
    10 times pushups 10 set each time
    after workout take 2 glass lime water
    stop fried food
    eat very little but 4 times in a day

  2. ahm…..try this….. avoid eating much during lunch, snacks and dinner.. best to eat much is during breakfast… have some exercise every other day but never stress yourself … stop/avoid/minimize eating junk foods/ fatty foods/ oily foods… eat much vegetables….. you can do it….
