		<description>ahm.....try this..... avoid eating much during lunch, snacks and dinner.. best to eat much is during breakfast... have some exercise every other day but never stress yourself ... stop/avoid/minimize eating junk foods/ fatty foods/ oily foods... eat much vegetables..... you can do it....</description>
