I Could Use Some Weight Loss Advice/tips?

Keep the weight loss questions coming! I liked this one:

Question: I am an 18 year old girl. I was a skinny little kid, but I started gaining some weight around 5th grade, and got pretty big. I have lost about 20lbs from my highest weight, but that took about two years and I don’t want it to take another two years to lose 20 more lbs.
I have like 0 willpower and I am hungry ALL THE TIME so I find it hard to control my eating. Even when I eat all healthy I am always hungry. So any tips on exercise or willpower would be AMAZING!
Answer: Def! Heres a tip. IF your hungry all the time, eat slower and sit up straight because your food will reach your stomach quicker, making you fuller faster. And try not to snack so much in the day. Who knows waht that could lead to. :) haha and just walking every other day, not nessicerely long or anything but just around your neighborhood or something, and drink lots of water. THen you wont eat as much. :) hope i helped!

  3. Hi Sweetie…
It seems to me that there`s MORE going on as to why you`re always hungry?
It` not about will power..it`s about WHY you use food for comfort.
If you tell me you`re not doing so, then you are a medical marvel [it`s possible..] & stomach stapling is an option…
    Otherwise here it is…
A person will lose unwanted lbs [different than just "losing weight"] by USING MORE calories than one CONSUMES while turning UP the "motor" [meaning being more active, like from "truck" to "sports car" regardless of how one does it].
I used to eat crap food [still do sometimes] & stayed in great shape..by this method & it works for everyone who tries it.
