I just love answering these weight loss questions. Here’s another:
Question: I’m 5′7” and 115 pounds. I know I’m at a healthy weight and I’m not fat or anything but I’d like to look a little thinner and maybe get down to like 110? Any suggestions are appreciated thanks.
Answer: Intake less calories, excercise more. but you really shouldent be too worried about losing weight your kinda tall for a girl and your only 115 pounds , you probably look good now, idk if your doing it to look better for guys , but i would much rather see a girl with some body than a stick thin girl.

im around the same height and weight as youu.
My workout:
Go out for a jog or swim atleast 4 times a week (keep active)
Lift light wieghts…it is great for tone!! anyone that said girls cant lift is wrong. Trust me it helps your body look fit.
MOST IMPORTANT: eat healthy foods!! make sure you eat breakfast every day and do not eat before you go to bed. (It will pack on extra, unwanted body fat)

Can I just say that that is a perfect height and weight. I weigh 110 and I am only 5′4". Maybe you shouldn’t loose any weigh but try going to the gym or do some strength training exercises. There are many exercises on youtube and on the internet.Have you ever read some of them teenage magazines like seventeen? I just got mine in the mail yesterday and for the July/August issue they have a couple pages on different exercises: cardio, flexibility, strengthening, and butt toning. You can also check on their website I’m sure they have some on there too. Just watch what you eat. Try eating a little less with each meal. Try replacing fruit with an unhealthy snack. When you go to eat something not very healthy- count to let’s say 10- and think do I really want this? When you are hungry try drinking a bottle of water and see if you are still hungry after that. When wanting seconds on dinner try waiting 15 minutes, and then see if you are still hungry after that. Make sure you start every morning off with a good and healthy breakfast. Not eating breakfast will cause you to snack more throughout the day and feel hunry. Good luck:)

You are currently below the average weight limit and considered underweight. Even the smallest frame for your height should weigh 120-128 and thats the average tiny scrawny girl.
