I Stopped Drinking Soda over a Week Ago, when Will I Show Weight Loss from All the Water Drinking?

Another weight loss question has come in this week. Let’s tackle it straight away:

Question: I drink about 3 16.9 oz waters a day
I eat 1200 calories a day, no meat, no bread and all veggies, chicken, salads and fruit…no snacks either..unless they’re 100 calorie
Answer: You actually need 64 ounces a day minimum. Water is really good to flush our toxins and water weight. Caffeine takes 6 weeks to completely leave the system.

  1. It might take a few weeks, to speed up the process try switching your diet to a healthier version and try working out an extra thirty minutes every day.

  2. The formula for losing weight is simple - eat less food and move more often - the problems appear when we really try to put that into operation! There are lots of stumbling blocks in the real world aren’t there?! I discovered some splendid help by reading the website in the box below, they have lots of guidance, I worked off 6 pounds by using their methods.
