What a great weight loss question:
negative things are accepted if you really have to say it :] but keep it to a minimum.
Im gonna fix my teeth ,acne, shave, better style, and smell better, better hair etc.
Ok so im 14 years old, 236 lbs, 5′8, Obese. Im gonna start a 210 day weight loss plan that includes, classic p90x, 15 min weights, 10 in cardio, P.E(freakin difficult ugh), and walking a lot, not to mention having a good diet. I will also do lots of weight trainin!

Is it even remotely possible for an eight grade to have a body like that?
and another question: Do girls like it when a guy in middle school has a ripped body and muscle and isnt scrawny?like a body like taylor lautner instead of a medium scrawny guy?
BTW: I KNOW I WONT LOOK LIKE TAYLOR LAUTNER I JUST WANT TO HAVE A BODY LIKE HIS AND I WILL WORK HARD FOR IT PLUS HE WAS ONLY 16 WHEN HE GOT THAT BODY SO THATS LIKE A 2 YEAR DIFFERENCE AND I KNOW GUYS WHO ARE 14 AND HAVE A BODY LIKE HIS!

I actually know of some products that can help you with your acne. You can use Aveeno (Clear Complexion Foaming Cleanser) you can find it at Walmart etc. also you can use Atralin gel for the night I think its really good I’ve used it before, & if your face is oily and dry a little bit of both the Neutrogena (Oil-free moisture) would really help you. (Its a white bottle, and you can find it at Walmart also) Its a good thing that your going to smell better..people won’t get away from you lol
Im guessing it would take you a pretty long time to get to a Taylor Lautner body but you can do it! 1st i would try to focus more on loosing weight…then go for the taylor lautner body. It is possible for an 8th grader to have a body like that, but its a little bit gross girls don’t actually start paying attention to that sort of stuff until High School.
Girls in Junior High don’t know what they really want in a guy at that age, trust me..lol

I don’t ever think you’ll have his abs though, the rest isn’t too hard to get p90x should help a lot if you stick with it.

7 months is plenty of time to get rid of the excess weight if you stick to your plan. Just the weight loss alone will make people notice you. Its sad but people are just mean to overweight people. But remember your body isnt going to get you new freinds alone. Add a new personality with it, the best thing is to smile at people. Thats the biggest way for people to know your a nice person and they can approach you and be friends. I’ll tell you this, if there is a person that looks really handsome or pretty but when they open their mouth and they are a snob and being rude. I won’t even give them the light of day. So its personality too
I think you’ve got a good plan, just remember to keep your hard workouts to every other day so your muscles can relax in between.

I am very proud of you! The ambition is an awesome character trait I hope you will carry throughout all your life. EVEN IF you don’t become ‘ripped’ a toned body is very attractive.
You WILL attract attention, acquaintances won’t even recognize you.
Also if you want! As you start dropping pounds you’ll need to start exercising more to keep dropping pounds. Cardio is great for that. Find a pace you can keep and still hold a conversation, or if you can’t really find a running pace without getting out of breath do intervals and jogging mixed with walking or just walking. I’d recommend swimming. Its absolutely fantastic. I swam laps nonstop for over an hour once and even though I wasn’t in real athletic shape I felt great and very relaxed at the end. (no timing. Just swam for as long as I wanted to.)
And telling other people about your plan too, like your family, is a great way to get support. Its harder to quit if you’d have to tell everyone.
It will take a while to get the results like Taylor Lautner lol. But dropping weight will happen weekly. 2-3 pounds is healthy. Sometimes more but generally if you’re just burning fat and not losing muscle than yeah thats good.
ALSO. You MAY gain weight at first. Don’t trust the scales for a while. Eat less calories than you exert (many sites you can find that will tell you how many calories your body burns now naturally and add exercise onto that) 3500 difference in a week=one pound.
Its easily then it looks though.
Oh and I recommend high protein and low fat as far as processed food goes. Protein bars! But watch the calories. They’ll make you gain muslce easier which will make you gain weight but don’t threat the fat WILL come off and the more weight you lose towards your goal the easier socializing, concentrating, and moving in general will be.
I’m 5 ft 8 in as well and want to lose a bit of weight. Just like 10 pounds but I’ve been sick with reoccurring bronchitis and can’t do any cardio without relapsing sooo its kind of hard. STAY healthy. I was stupid and drank a friends shake when they were sick and I got what they had except I can’t get rid of it XD
