I just love answering these weight loss questions. Here’s another:
Question: I started exercising about 1 month ago from tomorrow. I had to stop for a bit because I tore cartilage in my knee’s, but its healed a bit so im starting back. I’ve lost 11 pounds in a month, is that good progress? I started at 230 and am now 219, Goal weight is 185. 5′11, Male 20 years old.
Answer: that is excellent work, especially for the injury that you sustained.

Quite good, but Just make sure your diet is healthy, not skimpy but also not overly salty or fatty.
Also don’t forget lots of water, it’s key to maintaining a healthy body and lifestyle.

wow. thats exellent, i so envy you!! x) but remember, everything in moderation, and that applies to exercise. don’t work out 7 days out of the week, that actually makes your muscles weaker over time. and also with food just make sure you’re eating good, nutritious food and stay away from junk food as much as you can, but a chocolate bar every once in a while won’t kill you either!

11 pounds is a perfect amount of weight loss, very good!!
anything over 13 pounds in a month is considered a health risk
