Please Help:: I Need Weight Loss Advice?

We’ve had a reader question come in on the subject of weight loss. Let’s take a look:

Question: would u be able to help me out with weight loss advice? I just need help as I don’t know what to do to lose weight.
Answer: Eat 1500 calories a day.

Drink a gallon of water a day.

Do cardio 5x a week.

Weight training 3x a week.

Do this and you’ll be fine.

  1. the best way to lose weight is long distance walking and tryin to drink 2liter of wter everyday and small meals

  2. Yea small healthy meals and jogging or some other types of cardio. Make sure to eat small, healthy meals every 2-3 hours. that doesn’t mean pizza and ice-cream, but protein and carbohydrate types of foods.
