		<description>100 jumping jacks, 10 pull ups and 15 push ups, a 15 minute run around the block, and 100 laps in the pool (if you have a pool). In addition, you can look up a ballet routine, which helps your balance and butt/legs. 30 minutes a day is a good way to start (with the healthy foods). Try to avoid any sodas and foods that contain too much sugar or salt. Doing this does help you slim down and lose some fat. :) Hope this helps!</description>
