		<description>it could maybe take like 5 or 6 months, but the key is sleep! 
the more you sleep...the more easy it will be to lose weight and the more weight you will lose.
there can be a set amount of time on how long it will take...it just depends how hard you work.

		<description>Don't discourage yourself because you can't do it in a timely fashion. Don't wait until you find a way to lose weight fast, just do it. Eventually you will start to notice and it'll be worth the wait (no pun intended)</description>
