		<description>1,200 calories a day really isn't a good switch. I'm guessing right now you consume more than that amount, right? If you suddenly drop to 1,200, your metabolism can get messed up.
Also, 1,200 isn't enough to keep you running, even if you have a moderately-slow metabolism already. The average person needs a minimum of 1,400 calories a day just to properly function, even when dieting.

		<description>that should work! make sure you cute portions and do more cardio as opposed to weight training. you will tone up faster. i recommend pilates or running/walking or an elliptical
