		<description>Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Do NOT eat emotionally, only when you feel physical hunger.

Exercise! Do 30 minutes of good cardio 5 days a week. (run hard, swim laps, cycle fast, etc) and 3 times a week do ab workouts(crunches, side crunches, push throughs, planks, side planks, etc) and do pushups too. Squats, lunges, etc. That can be your strength training.

Drink ATLEAST 8 cups of water a day. Whenever you get the chance, walk places. Park farther away from the store so you have to walk more, take all stairs, etc. Make easy calorie cutting ways by not eating the crust, skip the drink, etc.</description>
