Question: I was wondering if anyone has tryed this? if it works? and what fruits you use? or if its any fruit you want? I heard you can loose like 3 pounds in a day. please any answers will help! thank you…
Answer: to burn 3 lbs a day you would have to be burning 9,000 calories a day. The most it would be safe to lose is one pound every two days. I tried it, and it was really hard because of the imbalances of things (alot of sugar, not a lot of protine). I found it is easier to just not eat (not that you should do that)
The pattern for losing those excess pounds is not difficult - consume less and workout more - the problems appear when we actually try to put that into operation! There are loads of temptations in the real world don’t you think?! I learned some splendid help by reading the website in the box below, they have loads of tips and tricks, I melted away 7 pounds by taking their advice.
