Question: Is it possible to lose weight with:
- a strict vegan diet
- riding a bike for 2 hours everyday
- jump rope for 15-20 minutes everyday
- do pilates twice a week
- play squash once a week.

If it is, how much and how long will it take to see results ?
Answer: yeah this will help you alot. you will loss weight even if you only do skipping daily.
Make sure you are having balance diet. Don’t eat fried or fatty things.
You can have chicken as well but only the roasted one.
yes you can loose about 5-8 kgs a month with balanced diet.

How many vegan do you know do same and get the results??
I do not believe in low fat no meat diets.
Diary and meat are key ingredients especially when you are very young.
Do not use sugar, pop, and all similar , stick to some workout and eat regular food, and you will loose weight , stay healthy. You get your body out of balance and soon you will be on some medication than another and it will never end.
