Weight Loss????can Someone Help Me Pls?

What’s this week’s question? Let’s dive straight in…

Question: i’m really tired with weight loss.sooo tired :(( i’m always on diet.i swim,go to sauna and do aerobic.i even used weight loss pills but nothing happened.i dunno why i dont lose any weight.
can somebody give me suggestions pls?dunno what to do!
Answer: When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

  1. are you stressed alot? you may suffer from adrenal fatigue. i suffer from this and it makes you gain weight - research methods to help de-stress eg yoga, ginseng , meditation etc etc

  2. Firstly if you diet for to long your body goes into starvation mode because it thinks it is going through a famine and wants to keep you alive.

    So do not diet for to long, eat properly every fourth day to ensure this doesn’t happen. It will also help keep your will power up.

    Keep at it, you can lose weight if you take the right steps, I know it can get very frustrating when you think you are doing things right and nothing works.

  3. The best way to lose weight is to cut back on calories. If you’re not losing weight, you must be eating too many calories.
    Scroll down here http://calculators.hpathy.com/calories-need.asp and you will find a calorie intake calculator. It will tell you how much you need to eat to lose weight.
    Then use nutrition info on food packaging and go to nutritiondata.com and you’ll find how many calories each food contains.

Raw food acts differently in your body and has enzymes not present in cooked food.These balance everything like wild animals all eat raw apart from sick old man, who claims he is above animals and lives longer [really that was due to sanitation practices at the turn into the 1900th century, where life length jumped rapidly, not because of drugs and science]
    Google in …raw food and learn from there with an open mind. Exercise lungs and heart daily if serious abut getyting positive results.
    You don’t have to stay on it, just try it for three months and be amazed how well you will become. Trust me.
