		<description>First off, I agree, ditch those pills immediately!... Also try to add some running and biking in. How about Monday, Wednesday and Friday you do a 1 mile run workout (or half mile if you can't do a full one yet) then 30 mins of elliptical and then on Tuesdays and Thursday you do a 2 or 3 mile walk/run on the treadmill followed by 20 minutes on the bike?  Also, weight lifting also help you burn a lot of fat so you could always add some of that in every now and again.</description>
